Website materials & permitted use

Original website text, design, diagrams and software owned by Bastion are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to their licenses. You may view this website and share links for ordinary business evaluation. Republishing or commercially reusing protected material requires permission or a valid legal exception.

Customer data, models & outputs

As between Bastion and its customers, customers retain their existing rights in datasets, code, model weights, checkpoints and other uploaded materials. Hosting does not transfer those rights to Bastion. Any permission to process materials must be limited by the service agreement to providing and securing the service. Customer content is not licensed for Bastion’s own model training without a separate express agreement. Rights in fine-tuned models, outputs and custom development depend on applicable law, upstream licenses and written agreements; this page does not guarantee copyright or exclusivity in AI-generated outputs.

Software, open source & NVIDIA licensing

Each software or model license must be reviewed for the proposed deployment, including commercial use, redistribution, hosted services, attribution and other restrictions. NVIDIA software is subject to the applicable agreement, product terms and order; owning a GPU does not by itself grant AI Enterprise, vGPU or third-party hosting entitlements. Open-source components and open-weight models are not automatically unrestricted. Preserve required notices and satisfy applicable source-disclosure or redistribution obligations.

Trademarks & third-party references

NVIDIA, AWS, Oracle and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Product references and team employment history identify technology or professional experience only; they do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification or an authorized partnership. Project images are illustrative. Capacity figures and customer categories do not grant permission to use any customer’s name, logo or confidential information.

Customer responsibilities & infringement reports

Customers must have the rights needed to upload, train, fine-tune, host and use their datasets, models and software. To raise an IP concern, use the contact link to request the appropriate submission channel and identify the material, its location, the claimed right and a reply contact. Do not send confidential evidence through public social channels. This general enquiry route is not a designated DMCA agent and does not itself establish statutory safe-harbor eligibility. Any takedown, dispute or counter-notice process must follow applicable law and the governing agreement.

Confidentiality & contract precedence

Confidential technical and commercial information is handled under the applicable NDA and service agreement. No license to patents, trade secrets, trademarks or other rights is granted by viewing this website except as expressly stated. Signed agreements govern customer-specific ownership, licenses, confidentiality, remedies and service commitments, subject to mandatory law. This page is a general policy notice and does not replace those agreements.
